A press release just landed in my inbox while watching The Walking Dead TV marathon leading up to the season finale tonight.
The press release was touching on the actress cast to portray Michonne in the upcoming third season of The Walking Dead.
For one, we will see/meet Michonne in the season finale of the show, so then you will see that Danai Gurira has been cast in the role of Michonne.
In case you're worried about missing her, I don't think we will... she'll be the woman carrying a sword. (I guess that saves ammo!)
This is interesting, because even though I'm not a fan of the comic book franchise, (meaning I just never read it) I just saw a bit on a comic series that will focus on this mystery woman.
Watching the marathon leading up to the season finale of The Walking Dead is pretty awesome. Everything is being refreshed in my memory and/or I'm seeing some things in a different light now, knowing most of what I know.
The Walking Dead almost seems more riveting knowing where things are going and what is being said and done that leads up to certain events.
