ARONOFSKY RINGS BELL FOR MARK MARGOLIS FOR NOAH
Recent Emmy Nominee Joins Cast of Epic Biblical Drama
New York, NY August 09--Actor Mark Margolis has been tapped to join the cast of Darren Aronofsky's NOAH. Margolis is set to play the character Samyaza in the film, which stars Russell Crowe, Emma Watson, Jennifer Connelly and Sir Anthony Hopkins. Margolis set straight off for Iceland, where NOAH is shooting, immediately after getting the news.
Mark Margolis recently received an Emmy Nomination for his role as Hector "Tio" Salamanca on AMC's hit Breaking Bad. He has the distinction of having worked on four of Darren Aronofsky's films, starting with PI back in 1998, and including REQUIEM FOR A DREAM, THE WRESTLER and BLACK SWAN.Margolis is repped by Robert Attermann of Abrams Artists Agency and co-managed by Rob Kolker of Red Letter Entertainment and Van Johnson of The Van Johnson Company.
