Christy Turlington Burns + Tory Burch And Jamie Oliver + Paul SmithNew York, September 25, 2012 – Sundance Channel and GREY GOOSE ENTERTAINMENT® are set to debut the anticipated sixth season of the critically acclaimed series, Iconoclasts on Tuesday, October 9 at 8:00pm et/pt. Each half-hour episode of the innovative six-part series, which will air on Sundance Channel, pairs two creative visionaries from different fields who come together to discuss their lives, influences, passions and creative processes.
The new season features a lineup of visionaries in the fields of entertainment, music, fashion and the arts including: Emmy Award® winning writer, producer, director and screenwriter Judd Apatow (Anchorman, Bridesmaids,"Girls") and filmmaker, actress and comedian Lena Dunham ("Girls", Tiny Furniture); Academy Award® nominated actor James Franco (127 Hours, "Freaks and Geeks") and Serbian performance artist Marina Abramovic (The Artist Is Present); Emmy Award® winning producer, screenwriter and comedian Seth MacFarlane ("Family Guy", Ted) and multi Grammy Award® winning musician Norah Jones; world renowned model and philanthropist Christy Turlington Burns and fashion designer (2008 CFDA accessories designer of the year) and philanthropist Tory Burch; chef turned food activist Jamie Oliver and his mentor, world renowned menswear designer Paul Smith.

ICONOCLASTS: James Franco + Marina AbramovicTuesday, October 9th at 8:00pm
Shot in Marina's Soho loft, Franco + Abramovic takes a fascinating look at the relationship of art and celebrity. James undergoes the "Abramovic Technique," learning about Marina's artistic process as they talk about acting, fame, and conceptual art. The episode culminates in Marina covering a naked James in gold leaf and making him into a deity/sculpture.
ICONOCLASTS: Judd Apatow + Lena Dunham

Iconoclasts goes behind-the-scenes with Apatow + Dunham, as they discuss their collaborative process on the hit series Girls and their experiences in Hollywood, as a seasoned vet (Apatow) and a relative newcomer (Dunham). The episode features a rare look at how television gets made, as well as a tour of Judd's Los Angeles' offices and Lena's new Brooklyn apartment.ICONOCLASTS: Seth MacFarlane + Norah Jones

Having previously combined forces on Seth's Grammy Award-winning album, Music Is Better Than Word Norah and Seth explore their latest collaboration in MacFarlane + Jones. Against the backdrop of Norah's New York recording studio, Family Guy creator Seth and award-winning musician Jones meet to record the soundtrack for MacFarlane's feature film, Ted, and discuss the unexpected paths that brought them to success.
ICONOCLASTS: Christy Turlington Burns + Tory Burch
Tuesday, October 30th at 8:00pmTurlington + Burch will closely examine the careers of two fashion icons from different sides of the industry who are dedicated to empowering other women. Beginning behind the scenes at Tory's spring 2013 New York City fashion show, Tory and Christy share their personal passions: for Tory it's mentoring female entrepreneurs, while Christy advocates and supports mothers globally via Every Mother Counts.
ICONOCLASTS: Jamie Oliver + Paul Smith

Oliver + Smith will offer an entertaining behind-the-scenes journey into the unique and creative relationship of two of Great Britain's most prolific, quirky and globe-trotting men. Jamie Oliver, a chef-turned-food-activist, and his longtime mentor and inspiration Sir Paul, one of the world's most successful menswear designers, will give a look into each other's respective workplace and explore how they have turned their very personal sensibilities into global influences.
The Sixth season of "Iconoclasts" is produced for Sundance Channel by GREY GOOSE ENTERTAINMENT® and @radical media. The series is Executive Produced by Robert Redford, Jon Kamen, Justin Wilkes, Sidney Beaumont, Jon Doran and Michelle D. Beauchamp for GREY GOOSE ENTERTAINMENT®. Joe Berlinger returns as the director and Co-Executive Producer. Additional episodes this season are directed by Bruce Sinofsky, Michael Bonfiglio and Caroline Suh, who also serves as the Series Producer.
