From Abby Lee Miller, of "Dance Moms'" who talks for the first time about her new show, "Abby's Ultimate Dance Competition" and the cast of "Gold Rush," fans will hear exactly what happens behind the scenes from the scene-stealers themselves.

The woman behind one of the most influential organizations of our generation, Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg, sits down with Katie.  And Katie introduces "Women Who Should Be Famous," a new recurring segment in partnership with Dove. In this first of twelve installments, Katie shares the story of Suzanne Nichols, founder of Save the Arts. Nichols, a teacher and a mentor in Los Angeles, is on a mission to save public school art programs from California state budget cuts.  Also, British burger waitress and single mother of two, Heidi Agan, stops by to discuss how she parlayed her uncanny resemblance to the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, into a profitable business.
