Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs 2
The Robocop remake will also be there. It looks like the panel for this movie will have director José Padilha and cast members Joel Kinnaman, Abbie Cornish and Samuel L. Jackson will be there.

Screen Gems' Mortal Instruments: City of Bones will have a panel in Hall H. Talent scheduled to be on hand include Lily Collins and Jamie Campbell Bower.

Saturday, July 20
Saturday will be the big day as far as genre movies go.
Marvel movie panels:
There will be panels for Thor: The Dark World and Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
Marvel Studios' president of production Kevin Feige will be there. Other news sources say Chris Hemsworth and Chris Evans will be on hand to promote their respective movies.
Lionsgate is bringing their obvious front running movie, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.
On hand and in person will be Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth. The new (to the franchise) director, Francis Lawrence, will also be there.
I, Frankenstein from Lionsgate will also have some panel time, with some preview footage and cast members Aaron Eckhart, Yvonne Strahovski and Bill Nighy will be there.

COMIC-CON ADVICE:
All attendees are scheduled, but things come up.
***Also, when you find out when and where your favorite movie panel will be taking place, you should consider getting to the room or hall much earlier than you think you need to get there.
Traditionally, lines for Hall H have sometimes started the night before for a panel, wrapped around the back of the convention center and be as long as down the waterfront and past some of the piers. If you have a panel you want to see that starts in the afternoon, I'd suggest "manning up" and getting into the room a few panels before hand.
The reason I suggest that is because as a panel ends, you can get better seats by moving up between panels. In my early days of attending panels in the audience section, I'd be able to get up to the front section, or in some cases, the front row.
Patience my friends, is the key to snagging the good seats.
Also, if perchance you might have the horrible luck of attending Comic-Con on crutches or in a sling, I have good news for you.
Go see someone at the hospitality desk at the front of the con. They'll give you a sticker or some such identifier. This ID will get you in to the front of the lines or past the lines in some cases. Each year is a little different but you'll see.
