Is There A 'Predators 2' on the Horizon?

I was cruising on Facebook under my own account and I saw a post by a peer's site of mine, with an interesting observation and conjecture.

The observation was that the Predators 2010 Movie Facebook page just popped up a new image on their page.

It's a "Predator Vision" styled poster, looking down on San Diego.  The words, "There's something out there waiting for us, and it ain't no man...  we're all gonna die.  #HUNTthePREDATOR."

My first impression was that they are just pumping up some cool event that they're pulling off at this year's 2013 Comic-Con event.

But then TMT writer Charles Gerian surmised, "So, does this mean a new film?"  Which gets my pumped up a bit, being what a "fan boy" I am of the franchise.  (I model all my management skills after Predator!)

But then Charles brought me back down to Earth when he suggested the more probable option of a video game promotion.

But hey, Comic-Con is the place of surprise announcements from the networks and studios.  So stay tuned!

So if you're headed to San Diego Comic-Con, keep your eyes peeled for some good looking or organized Predator cos-play.
