As soon as Judd WON the PoV, Amanda started spouting some amount of crap. But as the game was played, he had a choice of what prize of the round winners to pick. He let Jesse keep the PoV medal.
Side affects from the PoV contest was various different things...

Amanda has to get a spray tan every time a piece of music plays.
GinaMarie got a cone of shame. (A dog's anti-chew cone collar.) She has to wear it for 48-hours. (She had asked if 48 hours was 2 days.)
