Coming out in theaters on Friday, the 13th of September has some ghostly haunting and mobster fun.
The new movies coming out are set to compete with Riddick, The Butler and other movies still out in theaters.
Will Insidious 2 take the number 1 spot? Riddick pulled in around $18M last weekend while the first Insidious pulled in just under $14M back in 2010.
I think it will be a close race for the first few spots at the box office this weekend. What do you think?

Insidious: Chapter 2
Rated PG-13 105 min - Horror | Thriller
Director: James Wan
Stars: Patrick Wilson, Rose Byrne, Barbara Hershey, Lin Shaye
Wan directed the first film, just come off of The Conjuring, and will be adopting the Fast and Furious franchise. If anyone is a fan of directors, it seems he might bring this movie to the front of the box office race.

The Family (2013)
Rated R Action | Comedy | Crime
Director: Luc Besson Stars: Robert De Niro, Michelle Pfeiffer, Dianna Agron, John D'Leo
Director Besson has such films as Taken 2, Lockout, Colombiana and others on his resume. If anything, the action should be decent enough.
