A while back we all learned about The Little Couple's Jen Arnold's diagnosis of having a rare form of cancer. Fighting this piece of shit disease will include both surgery and chemotherapy.
As you know, they were in India to pick up their daughter Zoey, when Jen started bleeding. She subsequently contacted her OB-GYN. She then had to leave India to see her doctors.
The problem turned out to be stage 3 choriocarcinoma.

Jen and Bill has decided to have TLC chronicle her fight against cancer because, as they put it, this situation is being seen as an opportunity to teach by sharing her experience.
It's a brave and noble platform she is taking, letting her story be told on the series. And more power to her. Fans are crawling the internet to find out how she's doing and this new direction they will take the series will help keep their worried fans informed.
If you've followed the show, you know that Jen and Bill are some pretty special people. They're smart and personable. Very likable folks.
I wish them the best in this battle against this evil disease.
