America's Got Talent was renewed by FOX for an 11th season. If you listen to Howard Stern on SiriusXM, then you may be under the impression he is not returning with the new season. We'll see.

Actually the renewal announcement did not include any names for judges.

Starz renewed Survivor's Remorse for a third season.

I remember when Hulu was free and then started charging. I've not gone back since.  Now they're going to offer a commercial free version of their subscription service for $12/month.

Wait... so current subscribers pay $8 a month and get commercials? WTF? Netflix charges $8/month and there are no commercials.

For $99/year Amazon has their Prime service, which is just over $8/month, plus has free Kindle books, free streaming music, free two-day shipping, and other goodies.

Hulu's deal does not sound that good.

What I am excited about is Longmire's fourth season premiering on Netflix on Thursday, Sep. 10th!

TNT announced a few upcoming series premieres:

The Librarians starts season two on Sunday, Nov. 1.
Major Crimes starts its fourth season on Monday, Nov. 2.
Legends third season premieres on Nov 2.
Agent X premieres on Sunday, Nov. 8. It stars Jeff Hephner, Sharon Stone and Gerald McRaney.
