Casting News for Nancy Drew, Fox's new reality series, AMC's new terror-based series, Netflix renewed a "House," and Travel Channel premiere date remider..

Sarah Shahi has been cast as the new Nancy Drew. In other news, CBS is looking to reboot Nancy Drew, where she will be playing a NYPD detective.

Did I mention previously that NCIS was renewed for two more years?

FOX has ordered a new show to series, and it is called Superhuman. It's just one more in a long list of reality TV shows. This one will test people's abilities in the areas of memory, hearing, taste, touch, smell and sight.
It's already airing in Brazil, China, France, Germany, Italy and Spain.
-
AMC has ordered 10 single-hour episodes of an action/suspense show titled The Terror.
It takes place in 1847 aboard a Royal Naval ship. The story is that the ship is tasked with finding the Northwest Passage but in the process, it is attacked by a mysterious predator that stalks their crew.
It's produced by Ridley Scott's Scott Free, Emjag Productions and Entertainment 360.
That's a lot of production companies. Usually when you see that many names in a mix, it's because they want to share the cost and don't have a ton of faith in something.

Netflix has gone ahead and ordered a second season of Fuller House. I guess enough of you chimed in and watched it.
-
The Travel Channel has announced that Hotel Impossible, with Anthony Melchiorri, is returning with 13 new episodes, on Monday, April 18.
