PERSON OF INTEREST Will Be Bowing It's Final Season on May 3rd, 2016

Well, it seemed more likely than not, but back in August I asked if Person of Interest was getting cancelled  . Too many factors were pointing to this inevitable situation.

Sure enough, CBS has announced that the upcoming season of Person of Interest will be its last. It will only be 13 instead of a normal 22 episode season, and CBS is planning to scuttle the show quickly.

The new season premieres on Tuesday May 3rd, but starting on the following Monday, May 9th, we'll be getting two episodes a week.

Up until this week, no one was coming forth to give us the bad news despite fan curiosity, but CBS finally coughed up the fur-ball of cancellation.


With that said, it's been a good run, but they did run out of story ideas when they painted themselves into a corner with the one big government conspiracy trolls hunting them and the machine down.

I'm not sure how they could have gone had they not, so it's not like I'm an expert in anything but disc dog sports. If that.

Be it as it may, prepare your DVRs or schedule your nights because this will be the end of Person of Interest.
